This air supplement regulator improves the straight tapered annular gap air passage into a swirling air passage, allowing for more thorough and uniform mixing of powder and gas. It enables arbitrary adjustment of the powder-to-gas mixing ratio, generates pulsation phenomena, significantly enhances conveying capacity, reduces conveying costs, features low failure rates, and has a long service life. During dense-phase conveying, the powder flow rate can be adjusted over a wide range by regulating the bypass air supplement volume, and it can disrupt the formed material column, achieving stable long-distance conveying effects. This air supplement device adopts an inner and outer sleeve structure, with the central pipe conveying pulverized coal and the outer annular pipe delivering secondary air in the form of a jet at a certain angle, mixing circumferentially with the central powder material. It is widely applicable for pneumatic conveying and dust removal systems of pulverized coal for blast furnace injection, fly ash from power plants, cement, dust, and other powders.

1. The air supplement regulator is installed on the pulverized coal main pipe at the outlet of the injection tank. During the pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal, it dilutes the high-concentration pulverized coal coming from the injection tank, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of solids and gas, and forming a stable dense-phase solid-gas two-phase flow of pulverized coal and gas. This device has a wide range of air volume adjustment and is a key equipment for long-distance dense-phase conveying of pulverized coal.

2. The internal design of this device is unique. By adjusting the round nut, the gap of the air supplement passage can be changed, thereby regulating the air supplement volume and flow rate, allowing for the adjustment of coal injection volume to meet optimal production needs.
